Oh man, I got these babies for such a great deal last week... like more than half the price that is now selling on Yoox. Best part about it? It's seriously so extremely, comfortable! I climbed rocks in these to get my outfit picture.


Today, I'm wearing this Jasmin Shokrian skirt I got from Wastelands a few months ago. As described in a previous post, the burlap fabric definitely took this skirt to the next level. The hem on the bottom is starting to unravel - a lot, but I think it adds character to the skirt. I'm also wearing a Marc Jacobs shirt and a faux leather H&M vest over

A few readers have asked me to post a DIY to this shawl/poncho, which might possibly be the shortest and/or easiest DIY ever. So, I found this amazing linen fabric I completely forgot about (it was once used for my table cloth), and once I get around to it, I'll start a-snippin'.

    I never understood Twitter. I had one but constantly going to the website and updating was getting ridiculous. The fact that my life doesn't need constant reminder that I don't do nothing all day... I thought that really didn't do much for my self esteem. :)

    On another note, great skirt. Fix the hem before it's too late and it loses it's "bubble effect". :)

    Love the shoes and I love twitter lol. I've been a memeber for a long time now and I even forgot I had it at one point and then bam I'm like an addict now. I keep up with my friends who live far away and it's even useful for catching sales and stuff on sites.

    I'm not gonna lie, I said the same thing about twitter but got one anyway too. the freaking co-founder couldn't even explain it on Colbert the other night, which I've taken as a sign :P

    and I'm pretty sure I need a skirt like that now

    oh, and just reading the post below, can you believe they renamed "Leisure World"? my dad always called it seizure world and now it's no longer applicable. makes me sad.

    They're brilliant down-under but some brands (like AJE and Stolen Girlfriend's Club) are so hard to come by in the States. Luckily for me, I discovered Christing's web store which I've already started sale-stalking buy facebook fans
